Can I bring my dog?
Pups are most welcome in all our outdoor areas here on the farm! Dine with them in our outdoor heated booths, and take them for a wander around Market on the Farm.
Dogs aren't allowed inside the restaurant or Parlour (Assistance dogs exempt).
What are your opening times?
Our Hide & Hoof farm restaurant is open weekdays 9-4, and weekends 9-5. The last food order time is 45 minutes before close.
Our Parlour is open weekdays 9-4, and weekends 9-5.
Car park gates are locked 15 minutes after our closing time.
Do you have outdoor seating?
We absolutely do! Our spot is perfect for enjoying a little Yorkshire sunshine.
Alongside our restaurant, we have our outdoor heated booths which you're welcome to dine in, even with the pups! We also have our decked area at the front of the restaurant, which is open in good weather.
There's plenty of spots to sit with an ice cream too, including our decked area, garden area, or play area!
Where do I park?
Ample free car parking is available on-site, with accessible spaces closer to the restaurant.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Our Hide & Hoof and Parlour are accessible. There is a slight gradient in our car park area.
Do you do gift vouchers?
We absolutely do! And we think they make the perfect gift for someone you love.
Whether it's a meal in the Hide & Hoof, a sweet treat in the Parlour, or even a special afternoon tea experience, you'll find our e-vouchers on our online shop. Tap 'Shop' in our menu to find these!
Reservations
Do I need to book for the restaurant?
Reservations are advised for dining in our Hide & Hoof restaurant, especially at weekends and during holidays. Head to 'Make a booking' on our website.
If you'd like to dine with the pups, you're welcome to reserve one of our outdoor heated booths.
We do always try and have a number of walk-in tables available, however these can be limited!
I'm coming to the Parlour, do I need to book?
Calling in for casual treats like ice cream, milkshakes, or coffee and cake? We don't take bookings for our Parlour, simply pop in!
Our Hayloft upstairs is the perfect spot to enjoy your treats! Or you can of course get them to takeout!
How do I change my reservation?
If you've booked online, please click 'amend booking' in your confirmation email. Please give our team a call on 01226 762551 and they'll be happy to help!
Do you take large group bookings?
Looking to book for a group over ten people? Please give us a call directly and our team will be able to advise!
Please let us know your occasion, group number (including adults, children and infants), preferred date and time, and any special requests. Thanks!
Afternoon Tea
How do I book with a gift voucher?
Got an afternoon tea gift voucher? These cannot be booked online unfortunately. Please give our team a call, and they'll get you booked in.
Do you cater for other dietary requirements?
Our afternoon tea menu is only available as classic, vegetarian or gluten-free. We're sorry that this part of our offering cannot be adapted to suit every requirement. Please see the menu and allergen guide on our 'Seasonal Afternoon Tea' page for more information.
What's your refund policy?
If you need to cancel an afternoon tea reservation, a refund can be issued if this is given with 48 hours notice. Unfortunately it won't be issued after this time. Please call our team who'll be happy to advise.
Ice Cream
Do you do ice cream to take home?
Oh yes! We've got a large selection of take-home 500ml ice cream tubs in a range of flavours. We've also got our core flavours in 1 litre larger tubs too.
And new to the Parlour, you can make your own tub with our new 'Mix & Mootch' tubs. Choose two, three or four flavours from our scooping cabinet for your own customised tub!
Do you have a flavour list?
Our scoop flavours are changing so often, we don't have a list! We'll always have our usual Yummy favourites, like Strawberry, Chocolate, Vanilla, Midnight Mint and Salted Caramel, but the rest of our flavours will be a surprise!

We don't unfortunately.

Market on the Farm
What's Market on the Farm?
Market on the Farm is our makers market here on the farm, where we welcome over thirty independent traders to our barn throughout the year! With an incredible selection from art to woodwork, artisan food and drink, gifts, and so much more.
This year, our markets began on Sunday 5 April and run through until Sunday 1 November, every two weeks throughout our season from 10am-4pm.
Following this, Christmas Market on the Farm opens daily 13 November to 20 December.
Where is the market?
The market is right here at Yummy Yorkshire, inside our large barn!
Do your traders take card or cash?
Most of our traders take card and cash payments.
Is the market dog friendly?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome inside the market, the Mistal, and our outdoor areas on-site.
What if it's raining?
We're well prepared for that! The market is totally enclosed in our large barn, and we've got covered seating in the Mistal for a refreshment break.
Feeling hungry?
We've got you covered! A range of food and drinks are available here at Yummy. The Hide & Hoof farm restaurant is open all the way from breakfast to late afternoon, reservations advised. Our ice cream parlour is just next door for a casual call-in, with artisan ice cream, bakes, hot and cold drinks, sundaes, waffles and more. And up in the market, you'll find the Bull Bar for refreshments too.
