Working in association with local independent fishmonger Holmfirth Fresh Fish, we have chosen our favourite seafood - mostly sustainably sourced directly from the East Coast & Lancashire.
For starters you might choose a traditional prawn cocktail, made with juicy North Atlantic prawns, or perhaps a salt & pepper squid & sesame toast with sweet chilli dipping sauce is more your thing?
For main course we’ll be serving a choice of expertly filleted fish, with mouthwateringly good accompaniments, such as chargrilled asparagus and pea risotto with lemon & basil oil dressing. Mmmmmm….This is definately an evening not to be missed!
