At the heart of our ‘Sizzling Steak Night’ menu is prime local beef. Carefully selected 21-day dry-aged prime ribeye & fillet steak, prepared by our master butcher Brindon Addy and cooked by Chef James, just the way you like it.
We’re also very excited to have local buffalo on the menu for the evening. Bred on Snowden Hill farm just 4 miles down the road from Yummy Yorkshire, this beautiful lean meat is more delicately flavoured than beef, but still satisfyingly meaty. Give buffalo a go!
