Yummy Yorkshire has been shortlisted for a further food award just two weeks after winning three prestigious Great Taste Awards.
We are thrilled to announce we have been shortlisted in the eighth annual deliciouslyorkshire Awards for two ice cream flavours; Hazelnut and Toffee & Cherry.
The hotly contested annual food and drink awards, which form the campaigning brand for the Regional Food Group for Yorkshire and Humber (RFG), are designed to showcase the best food and drink in the region.
Yummy Yorkshire will find out whether it has won an award at a star-studded ceremony to be held at the National Railway Museum on 25 September as part of York Food and Drink Festival. Over 350 attendees will celebrate the ultimate celebration of the fantastic produce the Yorkshire region has to offer.
Yummy Yorkshire’s Hazelnut flavour will be also be showcased on the evening and served to guests as part of their three course meal.
Jeremy Holmes, founder of Yummy Yorkshire says; “We’re very pleased to be nominated for such a prestigious regional award so soon after receiving three Great Taste Awards. Both the Hazelnut and Toffee & Cherry flavours epitomise what Yummy Yorkshire is all about; creating high quality, unique and interesting flavours that contain the very finest ingredients, sourced as close to our farm where possible.”
